A Mazda cannabis driver has been banned from the road for three years.
Brandon Bidder, aged 28, of Orchard View, Falfield, Wotton-under-Edge, was caught by police over the limit for cannabis along the A38 near Moreton Valence on February 14 this year.
Bidder was also caught while being disqualified from driving.
He was also penalised for possessing a quantity of cannabis.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' on Tuesday, August 15.
He was banned from driving for 36 months.
Bidder was fined £326 and ordered to pay £85 costs plus a £110 victim's surcharge - a total of £521.
