POLICE have issued an appeal saying that a man grabbed a 15-year-old girl on the arm in Dursley, yesterday.
Officers say this incident took place around 5pm yesterday (Thursday, April 18) by the corner of Highfields and Second Avenue in Dursley.
Police have described a man was being white, 5ft 8in tall, aged 20-30 with a moustache, wearing all black and a beanie.
Anyone with information should call the police on 101.
