A BUSY car park in Cirencester was closed yesterday, Friday, for maintenance work.
Motorists were unable to park at Abbey Grounds Car Park in Cirencester until tomorrow this morning, Saturday, May 11.
Cotswold District Council had advised permit holders to park in the Waterloo, Old Station or Sheep Street car parks instead during this time frame.
A spokesperson for CDC said: "Abbey Grounds Car Park is closed so that maintenance works can be carried out.
"We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
"The car park will reopen on Saturday, May 11."
