ADY Pennock hailed his Vanarama National League Manager of the Month gong for January as a Forest Green team effort.
Pennock led his side to five consecutive victories during January to pip Cheltenham Town manager Gary Johnson to the award, with Rovers a point ahead of their Gloucestershire rivals.
Pennock said: "It's obviously an individual award, but it's all about the team and of course I'd like to thank my staff who have been great too.
“This is a very difficult league. Everybody can beat each other in this league, from top-to-bottom. “We put the players out there and prepare them, so it’s the players who deserve a lot of the credit.”
It's the second time this season the Pennock has won the award - he was also named Manager of the Month in August.
